Rainer Aigner is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in customer care, digital marketing, and operations. Currently serving as the Customer Care Team Lead at Typeform since October 2019, Rainer also holds the title of Customer Care & Compliance Advocate. As the Owner and Co-founder of Grounded In Humanity since September 2012, Rainer contributes to the electronic music label's success.
