Gavin Shaw

Gavin Shaw is an accomplished maintenance and engineering manager with extensive experience in the food processing industry. From April 2022 to April 2024, Gavin served as Maintenance/Engineering Manager at Mountaire Farms, following a role as Maintenance Engineering Manager at Pilgrim's from December 2019 to April 2022. Prior to that, Gavin held the position of Maintenance Mech/Elec Manager at Georgia-Pacific LLC from August 2015 to December 2019 and Plant Maintenance Manager at Sanderson Farms from June 2006 to August 2015. Educationally, Gavin has pursued multiple degrees, including a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Southeastern Louisiana University, and is currently working toward a certification in Medium/High Voltage from E-Hazard, with a focus on Electrical studies. Additional technical training includes a degree in Instrumentation Technologies from ITI Technical College.
