Jon Swann is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in demand sales, operations planning, and procurement within the food and energy sectors. At Tyson Foods, Jon has held various progressive roles, including Sr. Director of Demand Sales & Operations Planning, where responsibilities included developing demand planning teams, managing collaborative forecasting efforts across multiple business functions, and leading ERP implementation initiatives. Prior to this, at Southwestern Energy, Jon served as Procurement Advisor, effectively managing $250 million in spend and leading procurement teams to optimize sourcing and logistics processes. Jon’s educational background includes a Master's degree in Transportation & Logistics Management from the University of Arkansas.
