Gary Langston

Gary Langston has extensive work experience in strategy and solutions, with their most recent role being the Director of Strategy & Solutions at Tyto Athene, LLC since April 2021. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Strategy & Solutions at AT&T from July 2012 to April 2021. Gary also served in the U.S. Army for almost 30 years, attaining the rank of Colonel before retiring in June 2012.

Gary Langston's education history includes obtaining a Master of Science (MS) degree in National Resource Strategy from the Dwight D. Eisenhower School for National Security and Resource Strategy in 2004. Gary also earned a DOD CIO Certificate in Information Management from the Information Resources Management College, National Defense University, from 2003 to 2005. Prior to that, they received an MS degree in Electrical Engineering (Communications) from The George Washington University from 1988 to 1990. Gary completed their undergraduate studies in Physics at the University of South Carolina from 1976 to 1980 and earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree. In addition to their academic achievements, Gary Langston has been certified as a Project Management Professional (PMP) by the Project Management Institute in 2023. Gary also holds certifications in Information Assurance CNSSI No. 4012 Program from CNSS • National Security Systems in 2006 and a US Department of Defense CIO Certificate from the Office of the DoD Chief Information Officer in 2005.
