Roger Hardy

Roger Hardy has extensive experience in supply chain management and finance roles. From 2016 to present, they have worked for Tyto Athene, LLC, where they served as the Director of Supply Chain Management, overseeing vendor relationships, compliance, ITAR, and supply chain risk management. Roger was also responsible for managing purchasing and warehouse operations. In addition, Roger also worked as the Finance Director at Tyto Athene, LLC from August 2018 to December 2019, where they facilitated the transition of Black Box Government Solutions services and implemented Deltek's Cost Point ERP Modules. Prior to their role at Tyto Athene, LLC, Roger worked at Mutual Telecom Services Inc D/B/A Black Box Network Services from 2006 to 2016 as the Director of Contracts & Financial Operations. In this role, they provided financial support for government solicitations, managed multi-million dollar contracts, and supported installations and maintenance services.

Roger Hardy attended Eastern Connecticut State University from 1985 to 1989, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a focus on Business.
