Batell Vallentine Blaish-Sultanik

Batell Vallentine Blaish-Sultanik serves as the Chief Business Operations at BeeHero since October 2021 and has been the Elected Chairperson of the Committee for the Advancement of Women in Industry at the Israel Bar Association since September 2019, focusing on empowering women in Israel's economy. Additionally, Batell holds the position of Chairperson of the NA Delegation at Tzofim Garin Tzabar since January 2016, managing a significant budget to promote Israeli representation in the United States. Previously, Batell was an Associate at Herzog, Fox & Neeman from July 2015 to December 2021, working with startups and multinational firms, and co-founded YEEZ.it, serving as VP of Operations and Business Development from August 2012 to August 2013. Batell is also a former Naval Officer in the Israeli Navy, notable as one of the first women to graduate from the Israel Naval Academy. Batell holds a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) degree from Reichman University, earned between 2009 and 2013.
