Mathilde GOUSSAULT is a highly experienced professional in quality, hygiene, safety, and environmental management. Currently serving as Responsable projets QHSE at U Logistique since March 2020, Mathilde manages various QHSE projects and regulatory studies, implementing HACCP standards and developing processes to improve operational efficiency. Prior experience includes working at Bonduelle as Responsable RSE, where Mathilde constructed the company's RSE strategy and enhanced sustainable practices across global operations. Mathilde has also held roles in quality management at Auchan, CLISSON DISTRIBUTION, and as a quality assistant in organizations such as Institut Pasteur and E.Leclerc. Academic credentials include a Master’s degree in Organizational Quality Management from Université Claude Bernard Lyon 1 and a degree in Chemical and Agro-food Engineering from Nantes Université.
