Ilya Filonau

Ilya Filonau began their work experience as a Finance | AR | BNLX at Siemens in November 2017, focusing on problem-solving, negotiations, and communication with clients. Ilya also gained experience working with SAP software. In January 2017, Ilya worked as an Assistant to the CEO at MelleM International B.V., where they contributed to the company's growth and set up worldwide partnerships. Ilya also started the company's social media presence, attracting a total following of 25,000 followers. From October 2019 to February 2021, Ilya was a Co-Founder and International Business Development at MenuMe Restaurant Guide. In this role, they curated and selected top restaurants in various cities, establishing a high level of trust among users. Currently, Ilya works at U+ Venture Building as a Sales Support Executive, starting in March 2021 and subsequently becoming a RevenueOps Manager in November 2021.

Ilya Filonau began their education in 2011 at Berlage Lyceum in Amsterdam, where they pursued a VWO bi-lingual education until 2014. Following this, from 2014 to 2016, they attended Discovery College in Hong Kong, completing the International Baccalaureate program with a focus on Mathematics and Social Sciences. In 2016, Ilya continued their studies at Charles University, majoring in Economics and Finance, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in 2019. Ilya furthered their education at Charles University and obtained a Master of Science degree in Economics and Finance in 2021.
