Ralph Garcia

Ralph Garcia currently serves as the Director of the Propulsion Directorate for the United States Air Force, a position held since February 2013. Prior to this role, Ralph Garcia was Special Assistant to the Assistant Secretary of Defense (Acquisition) from July 2012 to February 2013. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Military National Resource Strategy and Policy from the Industrial College of the Armed Forces, a Master of Science in Aviation Management from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the Polytechnic Institute of New York.
