Ms-Edm Ray Jablonka

Ray Jablonka, MS-EDM, currently serves as the Defense Coordinating Officer for FEMA Region 10 at U.S. Army North, providing primary liaison capabilities between the Department of Defense and FEMA. With prior experience as Command Surgeon and Surgeon Staff Director, Jablonka has led healthcare operations in disaster response and interagency coordination. Previous roles include Medical Organizational Integrator and Chief of Future Operations Staff for the US Army, as well as significant contributions to the American Red Cross and the Department of Defense in various capacities related to emergency management and healthcare planning. Jablonka's educational background includes a Master's Degree in Crisis/Emergency/Disaster Management and a Bachelor's Degree in Health Services.
