Israel Miranda is an accomplished Operations Research/Systems Analyst with expertise in requirement development, design, data analysis, and reporting within the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command since October 2017. Proven experience as a Munitions/Weapons and Counterfire Radars Test Engineer involves planning, executing, and managing multi-million-dollar test projects. Prior roles with the United States Air Force included serving as a Battlefield Weather Forecaster and Regional Weather Forecaster, providing critical weather data to support military operations. Earlier career experiences include leading injection molding manufacturing teams at GE and supporting relay assembly line processes. Academically, Israel Miranda holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering Management and a Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Polytechnic University of Puerto Rico, along with an Associate's Degree in Weather Technology from the Community College of the Air Force.
