Jessica Giscombe

Jessica Giscombe currently serves as an Operations Research Systems Analyst at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since October 2019, focusing on the Aviation Test Directorate. Prior experience includes a role as a Land Development Fellow at BGE, Inc., where responsibilities involved independent engineering assignments and feasibility studies. Jessica also worked as a Lead Tax Preparer at T-Time Management, where assistance was provided in reviewing tax returns and processing payments. Early career experience includes two internships at Harris County, where data analysis and project design reviews were conducted. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Applied Mathematics: Interdisciplinary Sciences from Oakwood University and also pursued a Bachelor's degree in Applied Mathematics at The University of Alabama in Huntsville.
