Wade Russell

Wade Russell, CSP, REP, currently serves as the Safety & Occupational Health Manager at the U.S. Army Test and Evaluation Command (ATEC) since January 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Safety Manager at Jacobs, and Amentum, where Wade directed safety management systems in collaboration with the U.S. government. Wade managed the HSE program at Civeo USA, overseeing compliance with federal, state, and local regulations across multiple sites. Early career experience involves serving as a Lead First Responder and Hazmat Technician at URS Corporation, where Wade developed and led specialized training in safety and emergency response. Wade also served as the Safety Training Coordinator at EnergySolutions, focusing on training in radiation safety and emergency response. Educational qualifications include ongoing pursuit of a Master of Science in Occupational Safety & Health, alongside a Bachelor's degree in Environmental Management and a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety and Health from Columbia Southern University, as well as earlier degrees in Criminal Justice and Graphic Arts.
