Dwayne Burton has a diverse work experience in various roles in the automotive industry. Dwayne started their career in 2004 as a District Manager Retail at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where they managed multiple retail locations and focused on improving the customer experience and safety. Dwayne then transitioned to the role of Customer Development Manager at the same company, where they were responsible for ensuring profitability.
In 2012, Dwayne started their own consulting company called BURTON CONSULTING LLC, where they worked as the Owner for a year.
After that, they joined U.S. Venture, Inc. as a Business Consultant in 2014, where they focused on generating innovative solutions and improving sales and operations for customer value.
Currently, Dwayne is working at U.S. AutoForce as the Director of Sales. In this role, they are responsible for enhancing customer satisfaction and establishing U.S. AutoForce as a reliable and value-added business partner for retailers in the automotive industry.
Dwayne Burton attended the University of Phoenix from 1998 to 2001, where they studied Business Management. In 1996, they also completed an Executive Education program in Organizational Leadership at the University of Michigan. Recently, in 2022, Dwayne obtained additional certifications in various subjects from Coursera, including Inspiring and Motivating Individuals, Adaptability and Resilience, The Growth Mindset, and Work Smarter, Not Harder: Time Management for Personal & Professional Productivity.
