David Lawrence

David Lawrence is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in corporate banking and investment banking. Currently serving as Managing Director in Corporate Banking at U.S. Bank since September 2022, David previously held significant roles at DNB Markets, including Managing Director and Head of Investment Banking (Americas), where oversight of IBD activities and strategic business execution took place, contributing to $420 million in fee income over ten years. David also established the Debt Capital Markets business for DNB in the Americas and led a team of 15 professionals. Earlier experience includes positions at Citi, where responsibilities included structuring corporate loans, and Chase, focusing on M&A analysis. David holds a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Managerial Studies from Rice University and completed an Executive Management Training Program at IMD.
