Jordi Morillo

Jordi Morillo is an experienced design leader currently serving as the Head of Experience Design for Digital Platforms at U.S. Bank, overseeing a team of over 100 designers focused on creating reusable digital experiences across multiple platforms. Previously held positions include Director of Product Design at Seismic, where collaboration between Marketing and Sales teams was emphasized, and Head of Design & Research for the Payment Platform at Square, dedicated to enhancing omnichannel commerce experiences. Morillo's extensive background includes significant roles at HP, where responsibilities ranged from leading research and experience design for 3D printing to managing mobile solutions with high user ratings, as well as academic roles at the Istituto Europeo di Design involving program direction. Morillo holds degrees in Design and Mechanical Engineering from Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya, along with additional education from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
