Molly Rolland has extensive experience in the banking sector, currently serving as the Admin Manager of Information Security at U.S. Bank since October 2012, where prior roles included Information Security Specialist and Operations Manager within various departments. From 1995 to April 2012, Molly held multiple positions at Wells Fargo Bank, including Operations Manager/AVP for the Return Items department, where management of a team of 17 was a key responsibility, and Customer Service Trainer at the Banker Connection Call Center, focused on improving staff training and customer service processes.
