Sierra Gardner

Sierra Gardner is an experienced investigations analyst currently employed at Silvergate Bank since January 2022, focusing on case investigations related to customer transactions while maintaining compliance with BSA/AML regulations and other legal frameworks. Prior to this role, Sierra worked as an associate analyst at AML RightSource, where analysis of account activity was performed to identify anomalies related to financial crimes. Experience includes serving as a claims specialist at Wells Fargo, providing customer service for financial products at Nationwide Financial, and supporting media production at Indiana University's Media School and Monroe County Public Library. Sierra holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Indiana University Bloomington and is currently pursuing further education at the University of Cincinnati Online.
