Michael Purnell

Michael Purnell is a seasoned technology professional with over 25 years of experience in IT support and client solutions. Since February 2006, Michael has served as the Sr. Manager of Client Solutions at U.S. Cellular, leading an operations team that ensures seamless end-user device support and establishes system support standards. Previously, Michael held the position of Field Services & End User Services Lead for the RSO Region, managing a team of eight associates in providing technical support across various company locations. Prior experience includes roles at AT&T Mobility, where Michael supervised a team handling daily IT operations and authored technical documentation, and at Applied Systems as a Hardware Service Installer. Michael holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
