Mike Baade

Mike Baade has extensive experience in network operations, currently serving as Senior Manager Network Operations at U.S. Cellular since August 2000, where responsibilities include maintaining and developing the wireless network in Missouri and Illinois. Prior to this role, Mike worked as a Senior Network Field Engineer and Senior Manager Access Operations at Mediacom Communications from 1997 to 1999, focusing on installation, repair, splicing, balancing, and RF leak detection. Mike's educational background includes a degree in Networking with a focus on TCP/IP and Cisco networking from Ozarks Technical Community College, attended from 2013 to 2016, and high school education at Forsyth High School and Missouri State West Plains Campus, completed from 1992 to 1996.
