Eric Hatfield is an experienced industrial engineer with a career spanning over three decades. At U.S. Cotton, LLC since October 1997, Eric manages item masters, bills of material, and routings for four manufacturing sites while overseeing two major ERP system migrations and developing cost estimates and labor standards for new products. Previously, at Kaiser Permanente from June 1994 to October 1997, Eric focused on process improvements and cost reductions in medical settings. Eric served in the United States Navy from 1983 to 1994 as an Engineroom Supervisor, overseeing the operation of a 50,000 HP steam plant. During a co-op program at General Electric's Willoughby Quartz Plant between 1990 and 1993, Eric investigated defects and suggested process enhancements. Eric holds a Bachelor of Industrial Engineering from Cleveland State University, earned from 1989 to 1994.
