Africa Bell

Africa Bell is an experienced professional in program and port management, currently serving as Program Manager at the Department of Homeland Security and Port Director for U.S. Customs and Border Protection in Los Angeles/Long Beach since December 2016. Since February 2015, Africa has held the position of Director at the Base Metals Center and has also worked as a Senior Advisor within U.S. Customs and Border Protection. Africa Bell holds a Master's degree from California State University, Long Beach.
