John Nolley

John Nolley is an experienced IT professional and digital photography enthusiast with a diverse background in information technology and project management. Currently serving as Component IT Manager for the U.S. Department of Justice, John leads the information systems and technology for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces, developing and implementing strategic solutions for federal prosecutors and field staff. Prior roles include Program Manager and Deputy Program Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems, where John managed a $23+ million OCDETF Fusion Center contract and received the OCDETF "IT Person of the Year" award in 2020.
