Magdalena MacHowski

Magdalena Machowski, MSW, currently serves as the Assistant Director of Social Services at CareOne, where involvement includes therapeutic intervention and participation in an interdisciplinary team to enhance resident care. Previous experience at Newton-Wellesley Hospital includes a role as Practice Specialist, overseeing operations for over 30 employees and providing training, as well as completing an Integrated Care Management MSW Foundation Year Internship that focused on care coordination for high-risk patients. Additional roles include performing administrative functions in high-volume primary care settings and conducting evaluations for older adult residents at Stone Rehabilitation and Senior Living during an Advanced Year Internship. Magdalena earned a Master of Social Work from Boston University School of Social Work and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Boston University.
