Mohammad Taha has over 17 years of experience in customer service and international support. Currently serving as an American Citizens Services Assistant and Customer Service Analyst at the U.S. Embassy in Amman, Jordan, since September 2019, Mohammad has developed a strong skill set in managing citizen inquiries and support services. Prior to this role, Mohammad worked at Etisalat from January 2006 to September 2019, specializing as an Expert in International Roaming Support, providing expertise in GSM International Roaming. Mohammad holds a B.Sc. degree in Computer Information Systems from Jami'at Al-Ulum Al-Tatbiqiya, completed between 2001 and 2005, in addition to a Tawjihi high school education from Al Ittihad Boys School.
