Paul worked as a Customer Service Representative at Sutherland Global Services, assisting customers and striving for one call resolution. Paul also worked as an Account Coordinator at Bene-Care Inc., supporting insurance accounts and advocating for clients. Paul's later roles include being a Teller at Reliant Community Federal Credit Union, an Advisor Brand Ambassador at Interactions Marketing, and an Account Manager and Client Service Specialist at U.S. Employee Benefits Services Group. Paul Navratil attended SUNY New Paltz from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor's degree in Finance. Prior to attending college, Paul Navratil completed their high school education at North Rose Wolcott HS. In terms of additional certifications, Paul Navratil obtained the Life Accident and Health (LAH) certification from the State of New York Insurance Department in February 2009. Paul also obtained the NYHBE-SHOP certification and the NYS of Health Individual Market certification from the State of New York Insurance Department in October 2013 and August 2013 respectively.
