Stella Qian

Stella Qian is an experienced professional currently serving as the Director of Global Programs at the U.S. Grains Council, where roles have included Senior Manager of Global Ethanol Market Development and Global Programs Manager, overseeing a $14M federal grant portfolio and developing international export market projects.
