Max Lurie currently serves as a Legislative Assistant for the U.S. House of Representatives since July 2023. Previously, Lurie worked as a Legislative Correspondent and Staff Assistant in the United States Senate from August 2020 to July 2023, and held the position of Legislative Intern with the U.S. House of Representatives Committee on Foreign Affairs from February 2020 to August 2020. Lurie's experience also includes roles as a Digital Organizing Intern with Biden for President and as a Digital Organizer for Ronnie Ross for Virginia Senate in 2019. Additional internships were completed at the Dartmouth Political Violence Laboratory, The Advance Group, The Israel Project, and AIPAC, focusing on research and digital media. Lurie is currently pursuing a Doctor of Law (JD) at The George Washington University Law School, expected to graduate in May 2027, and holds a Bachelor's degree in Government and Middle Eastern Studies from Dartmouth College, earned in 2019.
