Shelley Plate

Shelley Plate has a diverse work experience in the legal and education sectors. Shelley founded Shelley Plate Reporting, Inc., a court reporting agency in Chicago, and served as President/CEO for 17 years. During this time, they provided court reporting services to hospitals, insurance companies, and top-tier law firms. Plate then joined U.S. Legal Support as a National Account Executive in 2015, where they focused on healthcare accounts. Shelley later became the Director of National Accounts and, most recently, the Director of Enterprise Sales. Plate also worked as a Court Reporting Instructor at MacCormac College in 2011, teaching speed and computer-aided transcription to court reporting students, and participating in the school's internship program. Shelley had a brief role as a Court Reporting Instructor at Triton-College in 1999, teaching steno theory and speed courses and training students in the deposition/court setting.
