Steve Kellar

Steve Kellar is an experienced security professional currently serving as the Director of Security at the Defense Contract Management Agency (DCMA) since May 2013. In this role, Steve Kellar ensures compliance with policies and procedures to protect a workforce of approximately 12,000 personnel across more than 50 facilities worldwide. Additionally, Steve Kellar holds a position as IMA to the Joint Fires Element Branch Chief at NORAD & US Northern Command since June 2020 and has previously served as Deputy Commander of the 916th Mission Support Group in the US Air Force Reserve. Steve Kellar's military background includes various leadership positions within the US Air Force, including Defense Force Commander for the 332d Expeditionary Security Forces Squadron, Branch Chief for Antiterrorism & Force Protection, and operations roles related to airbase defense and law enforcement. Educational achievements include a Bachelor's degree in Criminology & Sociology from Penn State University and a Master's degree in Military Operational Art and Science from Air University.
