William Powers

William Powers has extensive experience in military operations and defense support, currently holding the position of Joint Enabling Capability / Defense Support of Civil Authorities at NORAD & US Northern Command since August 2020. Previous roles include Data and Analytics Manager and Readiness Branch Chief at U.S. Army HQDA G-3/5/7 Operations, Force Manager at the Army National Guard, and Executive Officer to National Guard Bureau J3/7, where responsibilities included managing the bilateral relationship with Israel's Home Front Command. William also served as Iraq Country Director and Central Asian Country Director for USCENTCOM and as Project Manager for pre-mobilization training across branches of the military. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Management with a focus on Army Operations and National Security from the University of Maryland Global Campus and a Bachelor of Science in Business Information Systems from the University of Phoenix, complemented by additional studies in Russian and Information Systems.
