Stephen Tracy

Stephen Tracy has over three decades of experience in law enforcement, primarily with the U.S. Postal Inspection Service since August 2002, where various program management roles have been held. As Program Manager for the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) Program, responsibility includes augmenting federal investigations and identifying transnational criminal organizations. Tracy has also coordinated operational support for narcoterrorism and anti-money laundering investigations in the DEA Special Operation Division, and has actively contributed to international investigations through the International Organized Crime Intelligence and Operations Center (IOC-2). Earlier experience includes leading the Northern Virginia Prohibited Mails Task Force and supervising mail delivery and processing operations at the United States Postal Service. Tracy holds a Bachelor of Science in Administration of Justice from George Mason University.
