Heather Blair

Heather Blair is an experienced web developer currently employed at the US Railroad Retirement Board since October 2009, focusing on application development using ASP.NET, Classic ASP, and SQL Server. Prior to this role, Heather operated as a self-employed database developer and worked at the University of Chicago's Department of Surgery for over a decade in various capacities, including Applications System Analyst/Programmer and Data Projects Manager, where responsibilities included database development and management of billing interfaces. Additionally, Heather began a career as a Telecommunications Associate at IT Resource Center. Heather holds a Ph.D. in Philosophy from the University of Chicago and an A.B. in Philosophy from Wellesley College.
