Ryan Manning

With operations in over 90 countries, Ryan is responsible for global ethics and compliance for the company. He also contributes to the company’s ESG and sustainability goals by furthering the company’s commitment to the highest ethical standards and corporate social responsibility.

Prior to joining Allied, Ryan spent over 20 years as a lawyer in both private practice and the United States Marine Corps. For over 16 years, Ryan was an equity partner with a California law firm leading litigation teams in all aspects of federal and state litigation and representing clients on a wide range of legal issues. In the Corps, Ryan enlisted out of high school and was later commissioned and served as a Judge Advocate/Senior Trial Counsel where he prosecuted cases involving a variety of crimes, including premediated murder and Iraqi detainee abuse. He received a J.D. from the University of San Diego School of Law and a bachelor’s degree from San Diego State University.
