Sarah Stroner

Sarah Stroner has a diverse work experience with a focus on human resources. Sarah currently holds the position of Sr. Regional HR Manager at U.S. Silica Company, starting in 2023. Prior to this, they worked at Carus LLC as a Sr. HR Business Partner from 2019 to 2023. Previously, they held roles at U.S. Silica Company, including Regional Human Resources Manager from 2018 to 2019, and Human Resource Manager from 2017 to 2018. Sarah also served as an HR Generalist at Flint Hills Resources from 2016 to 2017. Additionally, they worked at Plymouth Tube Company as an HR Business Partner from 2011 to 2016, where they were involved in various HR functions, including payroll administration, HRIS implementation, recruitment, policy development, and employee engagement. Their earlier experience includes working as an HR Coordinator at Menards from 2008 to 2011, and as a Client Services Supervisor at Insight Communications from 2005 to 2008.

Sarah Stroner has a strong educational background in the field of Human Resources. Sarah completed their Master of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations from Penn State University, graduating in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Bradley University and earned their Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management with a core concentration in HR, completing their studies in 2002.

In addition to their formal education, Sarah has also obtained several certifications that have further enhanced their expertise. Sarah received a 360 Certification from Korn Ferry in July 2022, a Leadership Architect Certification from Korn Ferry in January 2022, and a Hay Guide Chart - Profile Method of Job Evaluation certification from Korn Ferry in May 2021.
