Scott Conroy

Scott Conroy has a strong background in the cement industry, with over 20 years of experience. Scott started their career at Blue Circle Cement, where they worked as a Process Manager from 1996 to 1998, and later became a Plant Manager from 1998 to 2000. Scott then moved on to Lafarge Cement, where they served as a Plant Manager from 2000 to 2002. Conroy then joined Buzzi Unicem USA as a Plant Manager from 2002 to 2009. At Continental Cement Company, they first held the position of Vice President Manufacturing from 2009 to 2013, and later served as the Vice President Engineering and Projects from 2013 to 2014. Currently, Conroy is working at U.S. Silica Company, where they started as a Plant Manager in 2014 and was promoted to Director of Operations in 2017.

Scott Conroy has a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from The University of Georgia. Scott also holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Operations Management from Georgia State University.
