Stacy Russell

Stacy Russell is the SVP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary at U.S. Silica. Stacy has over 20 years of experience as a commercial litigator, advising companies on environmental and regulatory issues. Prior to their current role, Stacy was the Managing Counsel for the Litigation and HSE Law Groups at Halliburton, where they managed a team of over 30 lawyers and staff. Stacy also served as a Partner at Kelly Hart & Hallman, one of the largest law firms in Texas. Stacy is a skilled litigator with a proven track record of success in both federal and state courts.

Stacy Russell has a Juris Doctor (J.D.) from the University of Houston Law Center and a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at Austin. Stacy also attended Waller High School.

Stacy Russell reports to Bryan Shinn, CEO. They are on a team with Derek Ussery - EVP & President, Oil & Gas, Michael L. Winkler - EVP & COO, and John P. Blanchard - SVP & President, Performance Materials.
