Declan Curran

Declan Curran is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the tobacco industry and consulting. Until July 2023, Declan served as Director of Leaf Integrity & Compliance at U.S. Tobacco Cooperative Inc., a role held since May 2016. In addition to this position, Declan has been the Owner of Fleetwind Consulting since November 2015. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Processing & Quality at Philip Morris International from July 2006 to May 2015 and a managerial position in Processing at Altria from June 1999 to June 2006.
