Clifford Cummins

Clifford Cummins is an experienced IT professional and educator with a robust background in project management and information technology services. Currently serving as an IT Specialist at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency since November 2022, Clifford has previously held significant roles such as IT Program Manager at Agovx LLC and TechGlobal, Inc., overseeing teams in business analysis, network engineering, and system administration. As an Adjunct Professor at the University of Maryland University College, Clifford taught advanced Project Management courses. With extensive experience managing federal government contracts, including roles at RSR, InquisIT LLC, and CSC, Clifford demonstrated expertise in budget management, contract performance, and team leadership.
