Ellie Collinson

Ellie Collinson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and program management across various organizations. Currently serving as Deputy Director and Chief Operating Officer at the U.S. Trade and Development Agency, Ellie has held significant roles including Chief of Staff to the Chief Financial Officer at the U.S. Department of Commerce, and Chief Operating Officer at both RepresentUs and the Democratic Legislative Campaign Committee. With a strong background in administrative leadership at The Raben Group, Ellie oversaw internal operations and facilitated transitions to cloud-based technologies. Previous experience includes directing programs at Citizens Project and managing state legislative initiatives at People for the American Way. Ellie holds a Master of Public Administration in nonprofit management from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs and a Bachelor of Arts, magna cum laude, in Asian Studies from Colorado College.
