Charles Leonard

Charles Leonard is an experienced professional in the field of environmental and nuclear engineering. Currently serving as a Technical Associate at U.S. Water Services Corporation since January 2022, Charles has demonstrated extensive expertise at Ramboll Environ as an Environmental Lab Supervisor and Wastewater Operator since November 2014. Charles' career includes a notable tenure with the U.S. Navy from 2004 to 2014, where roles spanned from Leading Engineering Laboratory Technician to Machinery Division Leading Chief, overseeing various aspects of nuclear power plant systems and training personnel in nuclear operations. Charles holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Nuclear Energy Engineering Technology from Thomas Edison State University and has completed specialized training at the Radiological Controls Technician Qualification School and Naval Nuclear Power School.
