Nick Helle began their professional career in 2004 as a Records Management Specialist at Iron Mountain. In this role, they were responsible for maintaining client inventory through record center tasks, including retrievals, incoming, destructions, internal moves, permanent withdrawals and any special projects requested. Nick also manifested and closed all work orders during the entire media retrieval process, as well as researching and resolving discrepancies encountered during all processes.
In 2006, Nick joined U30 Group as Director of Analytics. Nick then assumed the role of Senior Analyst, specializing in quantitative research and providing support to all quantitative studies at U30. Theirresponsibilities included concept and product evaluation, conjoint/MaxDiff analysis, awareness & usage tracking studies, market segmentation research and customer satisfaction. Nick also worked with Panel Managers to identify the most effective and efficient web-based strategies and initiatives that provided valuable consumer learning and actionable marketing insights for U30 clients.
Nick Helle completed a Bachelor of Science in Statistics from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville in 2002. Prior to that, they attended the University of the Cumberlands from 1997 to 1998. No additional certifications have been listed.
