Vitalijus Jucikas

Vitalijus Jucikas is an experienced project manager with a strong background in industrial insulation, scaffolding, and HVAC systems. Currently employed at UAB Hotrema since October 2022, Vitalijus leads the oversight of various projects, ensuring they meet all scope, time, and budget requirements while supervising multidisciplinary teams. Prior roles include Regional Manager at AVS PipeFit, Head of Department HVAC at AROS MARINE, and Project Manager at both SALDA UAB and Apasteel Modul Systems, where responsibilities encompassed sales and project management of steel structures. Earlier in the career, Vitalijus held positions as a Process Engineer at Trelleborg Sealing Profiles and Project Manager for refrigeration at Frostec UAB, along with significant experience in HVAC project management at Simex AS. The career began as a service technician for both ventilation and refrigeration systems at Johnson Controls. Vitalijus holds a Bachelor's degree in Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, and Refrigeration Engineering Technology from Kaunas University of Technology, earned from 2003 to 2007.
