Kellie Carter

Kellie Carter, PhD, currently serves as a Senior Leadership Development Specialist at UAB Health System, focusing on facilitating debriefing sessions in various assessments and training areas, including DISC and EQ. Additionally, Kellie has extensive experience at UAB Graduate School as a Credentialed Course Instructor, Director of Educational Services and Professional Development Program, and Communications and Special Events Director, where responsibilities included curriculum development, program evaluation, event coordination, and media production. Educational credentials include a PhD in Educational Leadership and Higher Education Research, an MAE in Educational Leadership and Higher Education Administration, and a BA in Art Studio with a concentration in Graphic Design. Kellie also completed the Blaze Leadership Academy program in 2015-2016.
