Rob MacArthur

Rob MacArthur, CFA, FRM, currently serves as Chief Risk Officer at the UAW Retiree Medical Benefits Trust since November 2013, overseeing the Portfolio Strategy & Risk function within the Trust Investment Office. Prior experience includes a tenure at BlackRock, where Rob held several positions from June 2004 to October 2013, ultimately achieving the role of Managing Director, Independent Risk Oversight, and prior roles in Portfolio Analytics. Additionally, Rob worked as Manager of Business Strategy & Equity Order Flow at the American Stock Exchange from October 1999 to June 2004. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Michigan, received in 1999, and studies at the American School of Paris from 1992 to 1994.
