Roland Lassem Noudjikouambaye

Roland Lassem Noudjikouambaye has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Roland is currently employed as the Head of Strategy & Performance Management at UBA Tchad since April 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Airtel Chad from 2012 to 2022, first as a Revenue Assurance & Fraud Management Analyst from July 2012 to November 2018, and then as a Revenue Planning & Analysis Coordinator from December 2018 to March 2022. Roland also had a brief stint as an Accountant at Africare- Chad in June and July 2012. Additionally, they worked as an Accountant at BELACD from September 2011 to December 2011. Earlier in their career, they gained experience as an Administrator and Finance Assistant Trainee at the Comité Provisoire de Gestion des Revenus Pétroliers in December 2010 and January 2011, and as a Finance Assistant Trainee at the Association of Progressive Entrepreneurs in Development from June to August 2010.

Roland Lassem Noudjikouambaye attended Padre Pio High School from 2002 to 2005, where they obtained an Advanced Level in Science (Serie C) with a focus on Mathematics, Physics, and Chemistry. Following that, they pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration with an Option in Banking and Finance at Valley View University from 2006 to 2010.
