Kaitlin Hayes Reimann

Kaitlin Hayes Reimann has over 15 years of professional experience in various roles. Kaitlin Hayes began their career in 2003 as a Staff Reporter for the Security Division of the Irish Independent. That same year, they were also a CBS 2 Chicago Online Reporter for CBS Corporation. In 2004, they became a Production Assistant for the CBS Boston Sports Department. In 2005, they joined Accenture as the Human Capital North American Financial Services Lead. In 2016, they became a Board of Directors member for The Chicago Leadership Alliance. In 2017, they became an Adjunct Faculty member for the University of Illinois at Chicago. In 2018, they joined Google as a Google 4 Startups Mentor and Americas Transformation Lead and Change Management & Culture Lead for Google Cloud. Kaitlin Hayes also co-founded uBack Inc. in 2014, where they are a Board of Directors member.

Kaitlin Hayes Reimann holds a Bachelor's Degree in Journalism from Michigan State University. Kaitlin Hayes also holds an Associate Certified Coach certification from the International Coach Federation, obtained in November 2014. Additionally, they have a Hudson Institute - Executive Coaching Certification from ICF, obtained in September 2013, and a WiSTEM certification from 1871, obtained in March 2016.
