Nevena Timotijevic

Nevena Timotijevic is an HR Specialist at UBConnect since February 2021, managing the full-cycle recruitment process across four countries, including job description creation, candidate sourcing, competency-based interviews, and collaboration with hiring managers. Previous experience includes roles as a Recruiting Intern at Team Sava and a Human Resources Intern at Dexy Co, where candidate sourcing and interview processes were a focus. Additionally, as an Educational Consultant at Centar za razvoj karijere, Nevena designed and executed training courses. Nevena holds a Master’s degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, both from the University of Belgrade.
