Misha Uber

Misha Uber is an accomplished Executive Search professional with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Management Consultant at UBER Search Partners since January 2018, Misha facilitates connections between top companies and industry leaders. As a Board Advisor for Audaz, Inc. since August 2023, Misha supports mental health initiatives utilizing cognitive behavioral therapy and virtual reality. Misha is also a member of the Forbes Business Council and previously held the position of Managing Director at Career Group Companies from 2012 to 2018, overseeing firm operations. Earlier career experiences include roles at Spencer Stuart, Korn/Ferry International, and H.I.G. Capital. Misha holds a Master of Arts in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha.
