Joetta Bell

Joetta Bell is an accomplished technology and education professional with extensive experience in program management and engineering enablement. Currently serving as a Sr Technical Manager at Uber since July 2021, Joetta leads a team focused on creating effective learning solutions for engineers. Prior to this role, Joetta spent over two decades at Microsoft, where responsibilities included driving accountability and progress through effective cadence in the Azure division and managing compliance strategies across various programs in the Artificial Intelligence and Research Division. Joetta has a strong background in developing learning frameworks, having managed numerous teams and projects to enhance the skill set of engineers globally. Joetta holds a Master's degree in Education with a focus on Educational Technology from the University of Washington, along with two bachelor's degrees from Eastern Washington University in Community Health and Preventive Medicine and Health Education.
